He then joined the COTY group, a global leader in the Beauty business, to manage and develop the company’s iconic brands across the five continents, amongst which adidas. In his role of CMO, he undertook the organisational transformation of the global marketing department to consolidate the innovative capacity of its teams.
In his element both under and on the sea, Jürgen co-founds Salty Dog in 2016. Passionate about the sea and an seasoned sailor, he already accomplished several transatlantic crossings.

An expert in the beauty, fashion and sport sectors, this ex communications director, graduate from the Teller School of Management in Canada with a MBA, disposes of a diversity of experiences that have led her from strategical marketing to communication and PR.
From Lancôme to Rimmel, she spent 7 years in the beauty world in Paris and London before joining the Quiksilver group and heading the European division of the Roxy brand.
At a later stage, she established the European Communications department and then was promoted VP Global Communications for the Quiksilver-Rossignol group, moving from the Basque country to California.
